Installation
============
On Linux and Unix based systems

Install with **pip** inside **venv**::

 python3 -m venv .venv
 source .venv/bin/activate 
 pip install git+https://git.xmpp-it.net/sch/Slixfeed


.. note::

    | With **pip** you might get: ``error: externally-managed-environment``
    | Then just add ``--break-system-packages`` to the install command


Update
******
Update with **pip**::

   source .venv/bin/activate 
   python -m pip cache remove slixfeed
   pip install slixfeed  -U


Uninstall
*********

::

 source .venv/bin/activate 
 pip uninstall slixfeed
	
Remember to also remove the ``~.config/slixfeed`` ``~/.cache/slixfeed/`` folders.
